Madness in Sydney

Hey my sweet hearts...

I am excited to tell ya how Sydney was...savage!

This time we had two real dudes as hosts: Ian (cool British guy) and Tim (real Australian sunny boy)...living in a house situated in Drummoyne (West Sydney). We arrived on ANZAC day, a holiday for Aussies, where everybody is in the pub and drinks, plays funny games...and enjoys flirting. We met up with the guys and their friends in a pub in Balmain and moved then from pub to pub...all of them where incredible crowded as u can see in the following pic:

Pub madness (sorry that the pic is blurry but I was blurry, too)

After we were already drunk, Mike (only one who was sober...as usual) brought us to the next party place in downtown (On the Rocks in Sydney) where lots of hot chicks waited to see guys in uniforms...and stole it from them; like Mel did...I made everyone (including her) crazy without a uniform;) After a lot of giggling the whole crowd went to Ian and Tim's house for an afterparty with some serious table tennis battles :P

Mel and me.

The next day I woke up and had a really bad hangover...Mike was fresh as usual. We decided to give our hosts a treat and did the dishes...unfortunately we didn't know that the dishwasher was out of order...so we flooded the kitchen. Next to that we had also an accident with the washing machine...After soaking up 30 litres of water with 3 towels!!! and nerves to the moon we went to the city by car realizing that during the day it is almost impossible to get a parking spot in downtown Sydney and carparks are incredible expensive (13 bucks per hour - or even just for half an hour!!!). So ENOUGH!!! We were really upset with the whole f..... situation. However, in the evening we tried to cool down and went to the eVent cinema to see the Avengers...I also could not resist to buy a new pair of jeans from G-Star...and two shirts ;) (it was 70% off!!!)

I love Marvel and the Avengers was such an awesome movie...kisses to Iron man, Hulk and Thor :*

The next day we took the ferry (instead of the car - wise decision) to go to the city where you can enjoy such a lovely view over downtown, the sky scrapers, the harbour bridge and the opera house.
Arriving directly infront of the opera house, we went for a short walk:

Left Harbour bridge and right the Opera house.
Me and my new outfit...I love G-Star ;)
Then we headed to the botanic garden...

One entrance to the botanic gardens
...there we saw bats (flying foxes...to be accurate) in the trees which made really creepy noises like "Weeaaaakkkkkmeak":

Bat: Weeaaaakkkkkmeak

After that we headed to the city centre and I have to say to all the girls: Sydney is amazing for shopping...you can not resist to buy at least one piece...have a look at that shop called "SportyGirl"...they have everything from make up to shoes...aaaaaaaaaaaaah...heaven!

SportyGirl
On Saturday Ian, Alody(LOD;) - a new CS girl from Ian) and us went to Craig's birthday party, Ians former roomate, buddy, uni collegue...he lives in the penthouse of the Garden Towers overlooking the whole city - one of the coolest apartments I have ever seen. How can he afford that? He shares this place with many funky and creative guys and girls in a hostel-like style making amenities like roof top pool and jacuzzi affordable for everyone. We played sick drinking games and Super Mario Cart on the Nintendo 64 (where Mike was invincible) and enjoyed the view over Sydney:

Savage over Sydney
Craig is the guy in the violet shirt and later on Ian gave him his birthday cake in the British way:

Oh, thank you Ian for the ca....
ke....
The boys didn't stop and they even changed shirts. Now Ian is violet.
The party turned into a wild game where all were sprayed with a violet hair color...

Me and Linda...some of the many victims of the spray can frenzy

...and even my kinky maskot was holded as hostage (honestly it enjoyed it...so no more questions...it is save now)

The night ended in the Kings Cross hotel, a club with 5 floors, good drinks, house music, funky outfits and friendly bouncers.
The next day we had enough about partying and had some table tennis tournaments with our hosts. Mike was beating them all and he left as unbeatenly winner :P
On Monday we decided to spend the afternoon at Bondi Beach before we continued our trip to Brisbane, which was lovely to relax and enjoy the sun...lots of surfers and Chinese with a camera...some coffee and a crazy work out program from Mike where I really felt like a Schnitzel after finishing.

Bondi Beach, relax and enjoy the sun...

The next day we drove long hours and had a lovely stop at the diamond head where we had a picknick and a cross fit work out (again).

My blanket used as marking to find the way back :)
U see my blanket in the picture above?? It is soooo useful during traveling; I once had a discussion about that with my lovely grilfriend Lia (remember sweety in Paros on the beach?).

U can use it as:
- robe: dress/shirt/skirt/bolero
- scarf if its getting cold
- turban
- towel on the beach and to dry ur skin
- underlay for e.g. car seats if they are too hot (or dirty)
- curtain in hostels to have some privacy
- pillow
- blanket
- blindfold
- bonds
- first aid
- marking e.g. around a wood to find the way back to the car (see pic above)
- ...if u have more suggestions please post them!!! I love this blanket...a present from my mum and it travels around the world with me ;)

Enough about my blanket...
This day we drove very long and arrived very late at Byron bay where we had a lovely day before we met our new CSs in Brisbane.
Here some more pics about beaches, this time Byron bay (according to the Fortune magazine the sexiest beach in the world...whatever that means):

Picknick at Byron bay
then whole (naked) body sun bathing @ Tyagarah beach

Now we are in Brisbane...the Miami of Australia...we love it and u will see great stuff soon :*

I miss ya all and I sent ya a great kiss, especially to my Sis, Lia, Ulli, Stephie, Sonja M. and her almost husband E, our favourite couple Henrik and Lisi (take care of ya doggies and the legless creature), Christian our favourite workaholic, Markus and Sabrina, our kiwis Patrick and Hannah, the batcave owners Milton and Jake...and all my other beloved friends...kisses, we miss ya!!!
